Led a team of FTEs and consultants who gathered, analyzed, and utilized business intelligence to increase productivity and generate savings to our bottom line. Guided the team to spearhead technical initiatives and proactively problem solve. Oversaw and directed our Knowledge Base Wiki, documenting company processes and successfully capturing tribal knowledge. Led SharePoint administration to support our migration to a worldwide Microsoft environment. Developed and maintained rich relationships with overseas counterparts to collaboratively solve operations production reporting challenges.

Created documentation for project managers deploying customer environments to the Microsoft cloud (BPOS/Office 365) in the dedicated space. Documented gaps to analyze and improve department processes, and communicated with engineers, PMs, and executives to achieve a common ground for process goals. Acted as team lead by assisting management in onboarding and training new writers, assigning projects on a priority driven basis, and performing edits to ensure conformity to departmental standards. Performed a complete department documentation overhaul, transitioning hundreds of pages of offline collateral to published web content.

Produced a SharePoint wiki library for the Winterop Engineering Team to guide employees in effectively inventorying protocols per the Department of Justice (DOJ) requirements. Composed thorough business requirements documents, technical specifications, user scenarios, and workflows to describe a complex tool to be developed by overseas developers where English was the second language, then designed and administered UAT tests, compiled results, and created training material for the tool.

Worked within a small company in Sydney, Australia to create original white papers documenting APIs for consumer and developer audiences. Wrote technical training material, user guides, SDK documentation, and MSDN (Microsoft Developer Network) documentation angled at programmers and end users. Authored redesign of the company website and created style guidelines for use internally.
